Here at DrayNow, we want to make sure that carriers get paid on time. Refer to the information below to get all of the information that you need to successfully set up your payment options.
How can I get paid for my work?
You can get paid by DrayNow through a factoring company or set up direct pay through us.
When will I get paid each week?
All loads completed, with sufficient documentation, between Sunday and the following Saturday will be paid out on the following Wednesday.
What if my direct deposit is late or missing?
Please reach out to finance@draynow.com for assistance with late or missing payments
How can I add my banking information to receive direct payment after signing up for DrayNow?
Call us at 267-428-2701 to set up your direct payment method.
How can I get detention payment?

Closing out Loads
When you return to the rail from a delivery or pickup, make sure that you have added all accessorials (detention, stopoffs, etc.) and necessary documents to the app before closing the load out.

Factoring vs. Direct Pay
With DrayNow direct pay, you can get paid the week after completing a trip with no % taken out of your earnings.
