Signing Up New Drivers on the DrayNow App
Are you interested in moving intermodal freight and expanding your owner operator business? Download the free DrayNow app from the App Store or Google Play store, or click the button below.
If you’re a carrier looking to sign up for DrayNow for the first time, refer to this link to get started!
DrayNow has the flexibility to work with carriers of any size, whether they’re a single owner operator or they have an entire fleet of trucks. Aside from signing up dispatchers to help manage their company’s freight, carriers can also sign-up multiple drivers under their authority to also haul loads from the DrayNow app.
Here’s how it works: when carriers sign their drivers up for the DrayNow platform, they will be listed as drivers and the carrier can assign loads to them without the drivers having to do anything. Once they’re assigned a trip, that load will show up under their trips in the app. The best part is that all a carrier has to do is submit a form with their drivers’ information. There’s no need to go through the DrayNow registration process again!
For carriers fully registered with DrayNow already, as the size of your business grows, make sure that any changes in personnel also reflect on your DrayNow account. On the platform, you can continue to sign up drivers long after first setting your carrier company up on the app. Make sure to let us know if there are drivers no longer working with you as well as adding new ones.
It’s so important to make sure all of the data on your DrayNow account is up to date and accurate so that you can be operating at 100% of your ability. It’s not ideal to get stuck in a situation where you have too many loads and not enough drivers. Signing up all of your drivers under your authority assures that all of your trucks are available for loads coming from the DrayNow app.
