Signing up for the DrayNow App

DrayNow is a free, easy-to-use app that connects carriers with intermodal freight in their local area.

Whether you're a single owner operator or have a carrier company with drivers and a dispatcher, the DrayNow app will work for you!

Carriers get to choose their own loads, so all you need to do is simply request the best load for your schedule from the app marketplace, and you'll be good to go.

Requirements

In order to be eligible for a DrayNow account, you must have:

A tractor unit (all DrayNow loads are power-only)
Active MC and DOT numbers with interstate authority
Active General Liability and Cargo insurance
- $1 million general liability and $100k for cargo insurance
AM Best Safety Rating of A- or better

The Sign Up Process

1. Download the App

Find the DrayNow app on the Apple Store or Google Play Store. After opening the app, you will be prompted to create an account.

2. Start Registration

After hitting the 'Create An Account' button, you will be prompted to fill out basic information such as your name, market, MC number, and email.

3. Complete Registration

After entering all of your basic information, you'll be prompted to complete the rest of the registration process with the 'Get Started' button.

Here, you will create a profile for your carrier company through RMIS and upload basic information like insurance and W-9 information (so that you can get paid).

If you already have a carrier profile through RMIS, simply log in to that account and fill out the DrayNow specific information.

4. Sign into the App

After completing the carrier profile and signing up drivers & dispatchers, you will be all set to sign into the app and see the loads in your market!
