Introducing The DrayNow Instant Chat Feature
DrayNow’s commitment to providing excellent service on each and every freight move just got a whole lot easier. If you’ve been on the DrayNow marketplace in recent days, you may have seen a new icon pop up in the bottom left hand corner of the page. We have introduced a live chat tool that lets users communicate with the operations team in an instant, and right on the platform.
Instead of going back and forth on email or calling in, a user will be connected with a member of the DrayNow team right away in a live chat to answer any questions they may have on their loads. Of course, everyone still has the ability to call or email, but this new method can get you the answers you need right away and within the platform itself.
The DrayNow Ops team is available 24/7 to service our customer’s needs, and this new feature allows us to quickly and effectively provide them with solutions during normal business hours.
Have a question about an accessorial? You can ask it right there. Need to let us know that the appointment time for the trip was pushed back? You can do that within the chat as well! Users can be assured that whatever request they have will be seen and responded to in an instant.

The instant chat feature is quick, transparent, and powered by technology. In an industry usually plagued by fragmentation, this is a must have tool. Think about it this way: for an inquiry on your freight, wouldn’t you rather have a readily available way to get that information than having to pick up the phone or email your question?
With the addition of this feature, a user will be able to oversee and communicate through the entire lifecycle of their intermodal loads without ever having to leave the platform.
